Over the years, the motorized sailing ships of Windstar Cruises have called at more than 150 ports worldwide. These sleek sailing vessels offer guests an extraordinary way to explore some of the most seductive islands in the world. On board are 74 luxurious cabins (148 passengers), each facing the sea. An attentive staff of 91. An ambiance that's elegant, yet casual. Windstar ships' unique computerized ballast system and breathtaking computerized white sails towering overhead provide passengers with a ride that is more stable than many larger cruise ships. 

The water sports platform enables guests to easily partake in sail boarding, sailing, snorkeling, water skiing and swimming. On the Wind Surf, guests enjoy the Wind Spa, featuring massage, aromatherapy, facials, herbal wrap, and fitness and wellness programs. All staterooms are outside and all are one category and have a TV, VCR and stereo CD player. Ultra-modern, teak decked bathrooms feature large, fluffy towels and terry robes. All vessels feature a gaming casino, fitness room, outdoor pool and hot tub, plus a library stocked with video tapes and CDs. Exclusive menus created by Joachim Splichal, celebrity chef. All ships also feature the Sail Light menu which includes a spectrum of healthy, light choices with the same wonderful flavor as items from Windstar's regular menus.
